Week 2 began with a severe weather drill first thing this morning.  The students did a fantastic job!  They were extremely quiet and patient during the drill.

Mrs. Schraub has begun pulling students to try out the various band instruments.  If you want to join in on the conversation, read and respond to this week's discussion about band.  I would love to hear what you are thinking!

Homework:

Reading:  Read 20 minutes (every day)

Spelling:  practice word sort at home.  (due August 28)

Math:  Dynamath (due August 28)

Social Studies:  respond to a classmates blog "Why study history?"  (due August 28))
          Typed paragraph stating "Why study history?" -  see instructions and checklist on Mrs. Sutton's homepage.
