Social Studies - "Why study history?" typed paragraph (due Thursday, August 30)
Homework policy signed by both student and parent (due tomorrow, August 29)
Last Friday, during Math, we had a Marshmallow Challenge. Students were asked to build a structure out of spaghetti, string, masking tape and one marshmallow. The marshmallow had to be on top and still in one piece. Here are some pictures of their results!
As you can see, some were more successful than others! As the students know, we can learn from our mistakes. We will do the marshmallow challenge again in the near future. I am sure the results will be vastly different! (PS - I apologize for the two sideways pictures. I cannot figure out how to fix those! Those were the only ones left upright by the end.)
