What a whirlwind of activity!  Mondays are always so busy!

Today, between 4:00 - 7:00, please stop by the gym to officially sign up for band.  Mr. Schraub and Mr. Gumina are down there, already waiting.

School pictures are Thursday.  Please see the flyer that went home today.'

Homework:

**Please note - Students need a jump drive here at school daily.  We use them in computer class as well as language arts.  Students need to practice saving to both their own folder as well as a jump drive when typing.  Thank you!

Reading:  Read 20 minutes (daily)
               *Typed creative writing story  - due Friday, September 14.  We will have some class time on Wednesday but any additional work will need to be done at home.
               *WTW practice - test Friday

Math: 
               *Skills Tutor Pretest - I just spoke with Mrs. J and we can delete this from your homework.  I will be creating a new assignment based on your completed assignments from last year. 
                * Corrected math test - due tomorrow (Tuesday, 9-11)
                * Problem solving worksheet - due Monday, September 17

Social Studies:
              *blog about Columbian Exchange due tomorrow (Tuesday, 9-11)

Also--Parent signature on Handbook form (see student's take home folder) - - due Thursday, September 13

As you can see, homework is picking up!  We are in our third week of school.  We are running a fairly normal schedule most days.
