I had a class after school today, so I am still here....getting ready to be done for the day!
We had a fire drill this afternoon. The students did a wonderful job of silently walking to our meeting spot and waiting for the all clear.
Homework:

Writing homework due Thursday
WTW test Friday
Literature packet by Friday
Math: Preview assignment due Thursday
Multiplication worksheet Thursday
POW due Friday
Social Studies Atlas due Thursday

ReplyDeleteI don't have the book or problem right in front of me. Sorry. This is what I remember from our conversation in class today.
You have the first part of the question correct. The second part of the question, if I recall correctly, is asking you to determine how long the trip will take. If so, consider how you figure out miles per hour. It is the same calculation but you are determining knots per nautical hour.
