Welcome back!
I hope everyone had a fabulous winter break with time to visit with family and friends, read books, play games, and be lazy. I know I did!
However, we are back full swing already!
5th grade is beginning a Career Research project. The full packet is on my District 202 website, if you would like to see it all. It is broken down into pieces, which will be posted as homework.
Additionally, students have a science fair project to work on at home. The information for that is linked to my District 202 webpage as well. Students will bring their packet home on Wednesday.
Here's today's work:
Reading -
Read 20 minutes daily. Students need 10 books in 4 different genres by the end of next week.
WTW homework due tomorrow.
Spelling test on Friday.
Genre projects due Friday.
Career Day topic and sources due Friday.
Math -
Preview 4.1 due tomorrow
Hiking Trail POW due Friday. It is linked on my District 202 webpage.
Vocabulary quiz justifications due Thursday.
Social Studies -
Chapter 7 test Friday
Atlas due Friday
Rewrite of Colony paper due Friday

mrs sutton I have a question about spelling. You or who ever wrote the homework paper put the word sidewalk twice should i cross it off or what should i do?
