For the P.O.W, how do you rewrite the recipe? B.P.

ReplyDeleteAfter you decide how many batches need to be made, you can multiply each ingredient by that number. Example - - If I need to make 2 batches of cookies, I would multiply how much brown sugar I need by 2. When rewriting the recipe, write it as it is originally, but with the new totals.
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups flour
Just as an example. Those totals are not accurate.
