I believe the questions asks how many marigolds need to be purchased. Is he going to buy .66 marigolds? How are you going to determine how many to buy? Make sure you are reading the question and directions carefully! You should be able to discern the answer to your question after you reread the paper.
When we add the marigolds, do we put them in the 100-foot square, or do we put it around the 100-foot square?

NA - you have to put them every 6 inches - - the rest depends on your design.
