Mrs.Sutton for the pow do we have to put marigolds on all four sides or just the three that stay in the graph paper?
ReplyDeleteDL
DL - all 4 sides. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteMrs.Sutton, how do you figure out an irregular shape in the box for the Garden P.O.W? B.P.
ReplyDeletePB - that is part of the problem. You get to design it!
ReplyDeleteDo we have to do any of the one side of the Georgia worksheet with the X on it?-A.Z.
ReplyDeleteAZ - You do not have to do the side that has you role the dice and compute volume unless you feel you need the practice. On the other side, with converting measurements, just do the odd numbers.
ReplyDeleteDo the marigolds need to be spaced evenly or can they be randomly placed?
ReplyDeleteDL
DL - the directions answer this question...the marigolds need to be placed every 6 inches.
ReplyDeleteFor the pow do we really do 6 inches
ReplyDeleteDL
DL - I am not sure I understand your question. The marigolds need to be 6 inches apart. The land plot is 100 square feet. For the regular shaped rectangle, the perimeter will be 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 feet. The marigolds go around the perimeter every 6 inches. You determine the shape of the irregular shaped plot. Again, the marigolds go around it every 6 inches. Make sense?
ReplyDeleteMrs.Sutton for the pow do we have to really do 6 inches on the pow?
ReplyDeleteDL
DL - explain your question....I don't know what you are asking me that I haven't answered.
